When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your account, so you do not have to resubmit your details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process.
You can also check the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online in your own personal account area by clicking on My Account.
- Which methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payments by popular Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and cheques.
- Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
Yes, all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or has been dispatched.
You will also receive an automated email, telling you when your order is being processed or has been dispatched.
- How long does the Printing Process take?
Once we have confirmed the design is okay to be printed by you, we endeavour to have the products delievered direct to your door free-of-charge within 7 working days; although on some occasions and on larger orders (primarily brochure printing), we would ask you allow up to 11 working days due to the drying procss. For an estimated delivery date on your products, feel free to contact our Team before placing your orders.

We have taken the time to find printers which can be trusted to produce work of the standard we demand. We have been successful a company that share our aim in getting work done in an acceptable time frame. It was also important to us that they have the capacity to meet the requirements we need to be a credible and reliable provider of services that want to be involved in. The pricing level is a result of working with a company that is commited to being a market leader, where quality is THE measure of their standing.
- Why are Print Empire cheaper than everyone else?
We keep our overheads to a minimum - we don't occupy fancy offices, lend out company cars, drive flashy motors, or spend thousands of pounds on advertising....and guess what....YOU pick up the savings!
- What is PayPal?
PayPal is the payment gateway that is used by Print Empire. They provide a Secure Server in which you can enter your credit card details after the checkout, and payment is received by us automatically. 99% of our customers choose PayPal as it's easy, convenient, and free for you to use - you don't even need to set up an account with them (although if you did, it's still free!). Please contact our Team if you have any questions or problems.
- What other charges do I incur when I purchase from Print Empire?
None. The price you see is the price you pay! Delivery is free direct to your order, usually within a matter of 7 working days (unless otherwise stated). No other charges apply!

- What is your policy on refunds/exchange?
If you're unhappy with your products please let us know within 5 days. When you let us know, we will have our couriers come to collect the items from you (please have 90% ready and packaged in the original boxes) and we will re-print from the exact files you sent us previosuly. If more than 10% of the items have already been used we will not be able to offer refunds or re-prints.
If we cannot find any reasonable fault with the items, we will not be able to refund; otherwise, we will be happy to refund or replace your goods.
Any damages caused by our couriers are not under our liability; however, we will claim compensation from them and ensure your goods are re-printed.
